India e-Arrival Card

Also called: e-Arrival Card, India digital landing card

The India e-Arrival Card is the digital landing card that foreign passport holders complete before arriving in India. It replaced the paper landing card, which was withdrawn in April 2026, and is only accepted inside the 72 hours before arrival, counted from the arrival time. The official form is free. It is not a visa: a valid visa, e-Visa or OCI card is still needed to enter India.

Who needs it

Foreign passport holders entering India, including OCI cardholders travelling on a foreign passport, with a separate card for each traveller, children and infants included. Indian passport holders do not file it. It is also separate from Air Suvidha 2.0, the health self-declaration completed before arrival. Each card needs the traveller's passport details, arrival date and flight number, address in India and the countries visited in the last six days.
