Mon–Sat 03:30–14:00 Eastern time (Toronto) for most of the year — that is 08:30–19:00 UK time, with the UK on GMT or summer time. For a few weeks in March and around the start of November, when the clocks change on different dates, it is 04:30–15:00. Vancouver is three hours earlier. Messages outside those hours are answered the next working day.
