Our story

Matrix Solutions, operated by UK Matrix Solutions Ltd, began out of a familiar frustration: hours spent on confusing government websites, outdated guidance, and unclear VFS requirements — followed by applications returned for minor errors.

Since 2017, we have helped Indian-origin families across the UK with OCI applications, Indian passport renewals, PCC, PAN cards, and visa services. What started as a small consultancy has grown into one of the most active NRI documentation practices in the country, with more than 30,000 applications prepared.

We are not a call centre or an offshore operation. We are a UK-registered company based in London, with a branch in Birmingham, staffed by people who understand VFS centres, UK documentation, and the challenges NRIs face.

    Everything is handled via WhatsApp, email, and phone. You send scanned documents; we prepare your application package. You visit VFS only on your appointment day.

  • Your documents are protected

    We are registered with the ICO (ZC142664) and follow UK GDPR requirements. Passport copies, identity documents, and personal information are handled securely, kept only as long as needed and then securely deleted in line with our retention policy. We never resell your data.
