Indian visa services

Indian Medical e-Visa

The medical e-Visa covers short visits to India for medical treatment, consultations, surgery, or planned follow-up care at a recognised facility. It is normally issued with 60-day validity and triple entry on a single grant. Our fee is £250 per applicant, all-inclusive — it covers our preparation and the Indian government medical e-Visa fee, with nothing separate to pay on the portal.

  • 60-day validity
  • Triple entry
  • All-inclusive £250
  • Medical purpose only

Medical e-Visa is not a tourist or business visa

Use this route only when travel is genuinely for medical care:

  • Tourism and routine business trips need different categories.
  • Spouses or attendants travelling with you usually need their own visa under a different route.
  • Be ready to share hospital correspondence if the application or immigration officer asks.

Who this visa is for

  • Medical treatment travel

Patients travelling to India for treatment, consultations, surgery, or planned follow-up at a recognised facility.

  • Eligible passport holders

Visitors whose passport and nationality appear on the current Indian medical e-Visa list.

  • Documented purpose

Applicants who can supply a hospital letter, invitation, or appointment confirmation when the portal requests one.

How we work with you

  1. Contact Matrix or place your order

WhatsApp 07309 081666 or email info@matrixsolutions.uk with your passport nationality, purpose of travel, and dates. We confirm the correct category before you pay a preparation fee where one applies.

  2. Personalised checklist

We send a tailored list of scans, answers, and photograph rules for your case.

  3. Send scanned documents

You send scans by WhatsApp or email. Original passports are not posted to Matrix Solutions for e-Visa work.

  4. We prepare and guide submission

We prepare the online application and review uploads, or guide you step by step if you prefer to submit yourself. Your all-inclusive fee covers the Indian government e-Visa fee, so there is nothing separate to pay on the official portal.

  5. Receive your e-Visa by email

When the authorities issue a decision, you receive the e-Visa by email. We support you in reading the outcome and planning travel, without promising approval.

Common questions

Is the government fee included in the £250?

Yes — the £250 is all-inclusive and covers the Indian government medical e-Visa fee, so there is nothing separate to pay on the portal.

Can my spouse or attendant travel with me on this visa?

Family members accompanying you usually need their own visa — there is a separate Medical Attendant category, or a tourist e-Visa may be appropriate depending on the case. Tell us your situation on WhatsApp and we outline the route.
