    You are comfortable visiting VFS yourself, but want our specialists to handle the portal sections and document formatting.

  • Recovering from a rejection

    If your application was returned by the High Commission or VFS, send the rejection note. We diagnose what needs to change and resubmit.

What happens after payment

  1. Tell us which portal and case

    WhatsApp the portal name (OCI, Passport Seva, e-Visa) and your situation. We confirm what we can do and the documents we need.

  2. Send documents

    Email or WhatsApp scans of the documents required. No originals are needed at this stage.

  3. We complete the portal sections

    Forms completed, photo and signature reformatted, scans uploaded, and the application progressed to the point where you (or we) can pay the government fee.

  4. Submission confirmation

    We confirm the successful submission and send you the application reference. If a VFS visit is required, we can also book the appointment.

Which portals do you support?

OCI portal, Passport Seva (passport renewal / reissue / minor), the Indian e-Visa portal, Indian visa pages we support, and VFS Global submissions. We confirm scope before you pay.

Will you also book my VFS appointment?

Yes — VFS booking can be added on for cases that need it. We confirm fees on WhatsApp.

Do you support cases for clients outside the UK?

Primarily UK, but we can sometimes help applicants in Europe and other countries — send your details and we will confirm.

How quickly will the portal upload be done?

Standard turnaround is within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all documents in correct form. Same-day completion may be available — ask on WhatsApp.

What is your fee?

Our portal-only fee is shared on WhatsApp once we know which portal and which case. The fee is offset if you upgrade to our full application service later.
