Editorial Standards
At Matrix Solutions, people rely on our guidance to make important decisions about their documents and travel. We take that responsibility seriously. This page explains how we research, write, review, and keep our content accurate — and the standards we hold ourselves to.

How we create our content
Our guides, service pages, and FAQs are written and reviewed by our experienced documentation team, who have supported Indian-origin families in the UK with OCI, passport, visa, and related services since 2017. We write in plain English, focus on what genuinely helps you, and aim to make complex government processes simple to understand.
Accuracy and sources
We base our content on official, primary sources — including the Indian High Commission, VFS Global, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of External Affairs, and the relevant official government portals. Where rules or requirements are specific, we check them against the current official guidance before publishing.
- We prioritise official government and authority sources over second-hand information
- We avoid unverified claims, rumours, and "shortcuts" that could put your application at risk
- Where a rule is nuanced or case-specific, we say so rather than oversimplify
General guidance, not legal advice
Our content is provided for general information and to help you understand your options. It is not legal, immigration, or financial advice, and it cannot account for every individual circumstance. For anything specific to your case, we recommend speaking to our team or confirming details with the relevant official authority before you act.
Keeping our content up to date
Government rules, document requirements, fees, and processing timelines change from time to time. We review our content regularly and update it when we become aware of changes. Even so, official requirements can be revised at short notice, so we encourage you to confirm current details with us or on the official portal before applying or travelling.
Corrections
We want our information to be right. If you spot something that looks inaccurate or out of date, please tell us — we'll review it and correct it promptly. You can reach us by WhatsApp or email at info@matrixsolutions.uk.
Honest claims and reviews
We don't publish fabricated statistics, invented testimonials, or promises we can't stand behind. Our reviews come from real clients. We describe our service in measured terms — we tell you what we do, how we help reduce errors, and where a case may need extra steps, rather than making absolute guarantees.
Your data and privacy
Handling your documents means handling sensitive personal data, and we treat that with care. Matrix Solutions is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and operates in line with UK GDPR. Your documents are accessed only by our team to deliver your service, and your data is never resold. You can read more on our privacy policy.
Our independence
Matrix Solutions is an independent UK-registered document assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Indian Government, the Indian High Commission, VFS Global, or any government body. We help you prepare and submit your own applications correctly; the decision on any application rests entirely with the relevant authority.
